| 1. | Rather than holding a league banquet away from the rink, the Executive will attempt to arrange a year-end celebration to be held at Ted Reeve arena on April 23, the night of the last game of the playoff finals. |
| 2. | Ideas to be considered for the year-end celebration include presenting trophies, providing caps or some other emblem to members of the playoff champion team, and holding a shootout competition after the game. |
| 3. | All captains will continue to remind their teammates that the $100 deposit to guarantee a place in next year's league must be paid March 19, the end of the round robin series. |
| 4. | An information report and survey will be distributed to all players. Everyone is encouraged to provide their input and their $100 deposit cheque. If you need a copy, you can get one here. |
